Hammerhead II x5

2014 hp/s tank with both boosters (1007hp/s with one)
71% / 72% / 72% / 77% Resists

10km+6km with Void (1146 DPS)
18km+17km with Null (864 DPS)
6km+12km with Navy AM (1043 DPS)

Mostly cap stable (not literally, but half an hour of cap is close enough) without MWD.
1m30s with MWD running.

Boosters, links, implants make this ship downright beastly. Add faction shit for even more pimp.

CALDARI PRIDE, YO.

I recommend you drop one of the XLASB for a heavy cap booster.

Any ship with a lone med neut will render you inert and then you die alone and ashamed. You will have to also take into consideration that most PVP fight do not start with a full cap nor does this fit take into account to the use of MWD for burning in range or out of range.

I'm assuming this is for 0.0?

We just spent a few hours thwapping some alliance members for using shield ships in lowsec :P

I've always been a Rokh fan, though.

If that's for capital sucking, get a ship scanner on there :P

Mine is also dark blooded but 2x navy fed webbers.  If I put that much hardware on the field I tend to not put points on some specialist ships and get other fleeties to do so.

For BS work we have mandated MJD on nearly everything, especially Vindi's etc.

Mark my words this year's alliance tournament will be a BS microjump drive blaster festival with fast tackle -everywhere-

Is that in addition to MWD? If not, how do you deal with overshooting?

Well if your target is 40-60km from you, and you have no MWD, just a MJD... how do you get there in any reasonable amount of time?

Yes with MWD as well.

It sounds a bit overkill but it has proved extremely useful.  Especially with the amount of kitey-ness going on these days.

It of course makes a difference what sort of tacklers you are flying with, etc.

I'm bad at battleships, so I have made a silly fit for a typhoon, because I miss the nanophoons.

It's designed to work in small groups to camp gates in 0.0, preferably working with at least one dictor and a logi. Really needs the loki links, could work with a heavy tackle claymore or something to prevent re-approaching. The fast is so it can bail when big gangs roll through.

This is a heavily-armored torpedo Typhoon, complete with neuts in the hislots. This ship WILL be SP-intensive; it was a tough one to fit even with All V. While torpedoes lack the range of autocannons, they also have versatility in which damage types and ranges you can choose. The image posted assumed Rage torpedoes loaded, but with Javelins they can reach out to 40km. The choice between a T2 or meta MWD was hard; they both give the same speed bonus but have slightly different cap values. The meta MWD consumes less cap but has a heavier total cap capacity nerf, whereas the reverse is true of the T2. In the end I chose T2 because it leaves more total capacitor to play with once you've gotten into scram/web range and shut the MWD off.

This fit would probably work best in medium sized gangs which have armor logi support. EDIT: I swapped the T2 DCU for a meta and thus swapped an ANP for a EANM. Props to Sid for pointing out the increased performance!
