Psychological Assessment:
[The following information is available only to Samira's personal therapist. It may also be accessed through hacking.]
Samira shows signs of dependent personality disorder. Samira indicated that she suffers from increased levels of personal stress and depressive thoughts when she is placed in situations that require high levels of independence. She believes that this is because of her upbringing under slavery.

Samira says that she suffered from verbal aggression, physical violence, and objectification during her childhood and young adult life. Samira admits that her family "probably" contributed to a hostile environment, but that she does not characterize it as abusive. Samira has expressed that she considers physical punishment to be a valid form of discipline. Samira also said that she had witnessed incidents of abuse against others during her childhood and young adult life, and that she feels guilty for not attempting to stop the incidents. When asked if she is afraid of authority figures, Samira said that she is.

Samira says that she is avoidant of people. She says she does not like crowds, and is afraid of people judging her. She does not believe these feelings impose a significant limitation on her quality of life. Samira says she has a few close friends, but that she is afraid because they are not Amarr citizens or Amarr faithful. Samira says that she has difficulties relating to many other Amarr because of Amarrian social hierarchies and rules of etiquette. She says that she can relate better with Amarr who are or were slaves.

Samira was reluctant to speak about her love life. She says that she has felt uncomfortable with physical intimacy and "dirty" about past relationships, but that she has now developed a healthier view on sex. Samira says that her past relationships have been "mostly unhealthy" and "abusive," but that she is currently in a "very positive" relationship. When asked if she is happy with her current partner, she said that she is.

Samira is highly religious and engages in regular religious practice. She says that her religious beliefs are "the most important thing" to her, but that she has felt doubts about her faith and sometimes thinks that "God hates [her]." She says she is afraid of being a "heretic," but that she has "accepted that [she is] one." Samira says her religious beliefs and upbringing in slavery have contributed to self-esteem issues and self-hating thoughts and feelings related to her heritage. She says that she has become more accepting of her heritage.

Samira believes that she is a "symbol" to other slaves and Minmatar, because of her celebrity status as a capsuleer. Samira says that she "wears a mask" in most public communications in order to fulfill this "duty." Samira says that she is burdened by this role and that it contributes greatly to her stress levels, but that she feels she has a responsibility to perform it. Samira considers the need to be a symbol an extension of her religious beliefs.

Samira admits to having self-harmed for religious purposes and whenever she feels she "needs to be punished." When asked if she has had suicidal thoughts or inclinations, Samira said that she has. She says that she has engaged in risk-taking behavior when she feels high levels of desire to self-harm or self-terminate. Samira says that she has found healthier outlets for dealing with these feelings.

Samira has a history of heavy usage of street-level frentix. She has gone through rehabilitation programs to combat this addiction. Samira says that she is not currently using frentix.

Samira is typed as an ISFJ personality.
Miscellaneous Information and Rumors
[Much of the following information is not immediately available, but can be found out through record searching and baseliner networking.]

- Kernher's clan are disappointed in her having returned to the Amarr Empire, and have stated that she had previously claimed that she intended to stay in the Republic after finishing her capsuleer training at Republic University. They are aware that she had felt persecuted, but claim that she had been working hard to understand and embrace Minmatar culture.
- Murad Numayr, the Amarr that provided the funds Kernher's family used to move to the Republic, intended for his donation to be used for getting established in the Empire.
- Kernher's family left the Empire due to fears over the Mabnen incident.
- Kernher is a distant cousin to Astera Zandraki, a Federation-loyal capsuleer.
- Kernher has a history of frentix abuse in the Republic and the Empire. She has been registered into rehabilitation programs on multiple occasions, and frequently relapses.
- Kernher manages the AVCL Connection bar.
- Kernher has made several public statements condemning King Khanid II, King Khanid III, and the Khanid Kingdom. This has earned the ire of Kingdom-loyal capsuleers and representatives. Following a violent feud with Kingdom Holder Alar Chakaid, Samira is now a wanted criminal in many Kingdom territories.
- Kernher is becoming known for her temper tantrums in public venues, usually over religious issues, and she has been publicly chastised by Praetoria Imperialis Excubitoris and even Imperial representatives on several occasions.
- Kernher has a sizeable fan-base within the Empire, especially among slaves. Opinions of her among conservative groups varied from supportive of her views to disgust at her race, success, or increasingly vocal nature. Liberal groups are similarly divided, believing her an example of the worth of Minmatar but disappointed at her fundamentalist views. Kernher's overall standing among different groups has lowered substantially following reports of unsavory baselining behavior, her departure from PIE, and her expressions of heretical and seditious beliefs. Many people are now distancing themselves from her, and many Holders have begun suppressing knowledge of her among their slaves.
- Capsuleer gossip from baseliner journalists has publicly exposed Kernher's frentix abuse, and she has been reported associating with anti-Amarrian contacts and engaging in promiscuous relations. Kernher has been observed to frequent Deck23, a Minmatar establishment that, though declared neutral ground, has a history of ownership by Ushra'khan. She is known to have regular contact with Mizhara Del'thul, who routinely expresses anti-Amarrian sentiments and engages in anti-Amarrian activities. Explanations for these meetings range from the mundane to the wildly speculative. A profile named "Klara Myren" in a popular dating program was also supposedly linked to Kernher, and she is said to have frequently visited different people met over the application. The profile has since been deleted, however. Kernher's public relations representative has given no comment to these stories, but has called into question the journalistic integrity of tabloid publications.
- The bombing of the Kaihu habitational module on Rens Station 6-8 in YC 120 left Samira's sister wounded during the rioting.

Also did a few small updates here and there.

I have two bottles of wine, a blanket and chocolate icecream on standby for Sami's first podding.

A fascinating, deep and at times confounding character - lots of fun to play off and with. :)

I like Samira a lot. Great character.

Ava likes her too. So much, she's going to teach Samira all about how to act like a Minmatar!

Added a biography section, a small bit to the personality section, and updated pictures.

Sadly removed the tattoos, as Samira no longer has them. Kept them in a spoiler for posterity, though.

Samira now has an article on EVElopedia (https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Samira_Kernher_%28Character%29). The article is more or less complete and goes into extensive detail on her background and characteristics. The article is primarily written as an OOC resource, but knowing the very thin IC/OOC divide in EVE everything in the article can be considered available IC in some capacity (such as from IC GalNet searches, networking, and so on). Obviously, I'd prefer that any use of things from the wiki be done with discretion.

I did make some slight updates made to the original post here, but nothing significant. Mostly removal of extraneous details that are better placed on the wiki article.

Additionally I've added a drawing of Samira, done by Evelyn Anna Baine.

Samira is an awesome character, and one I've enjoyed watching develop. Perhaps my biggest regret for being Gallente is that she will forever hate me. T_T

Actually, Samira quite likes Gallenteans. Provided they aren't being self-righteous against Amarr/slavery.

As long as you don't go FedMil, you're pretty okay.

FedMil is a very likely possibility for Liam as FW is one of my favorite aspects of the game. However, I think the RP leading up to and throughout it would still give him a chance of not being totally hated. >.>

Samiwami~~<3

Sami has always struck me as the other character in the vast sea of characters most similar to Kor. Both are of Minmatar blood. Both pledge allegiance to nations that are not the Minmatar Republic. And...lezzbereal...both are quite messed up in the noggin (even if it won't seem as such on the surface with Kor).

SamixKor 4 lyf (jk obviously...or am I)
