I'll start paying it more attention than the  it's already gotten when I see some killmails and explosions.
Until then it's just vapid words on a forum.

I remember REAL pirate wars, damnit.
Eeehh.. yeah they're not much different OOC either :D

Think of what you may of Coreli, Stillwater and their chosen tactics they are actually trying to do something concrete. So maybe just maybe you will get something interesting out of this. Since while people have been barking the "Nation GTFO", nobody has really done anything and it has been usually met with "come at me bro". Maybe they finally get dudes to do that, or at least die trying v0v

Sorry that I'm not going to be amusing you much then. =/ I'm actually having a pretty good time.

Well, as they say, long as someone has fun :P
One thing though, that battle looked like a bunch of Angel on Angel action, with a bit of Serpentis on one side. :ugh:
I'm a bit confused. Anyone able to provide an AAR?
-
There was an AAR linked. Basically it was Serp/Cartel that got dropped by neutral parties. TS-F didn't even get involved except to put their POCO back up 10 minutes after it went down.

Yeah sorry, forgot who Shadow Cartel was :/
Let's hope they make it to their actual war-targets next time. Assuming there is one.

Pretty much. We rolled into system for the POCO timer and brought a snuffbox fleet along as we had heard Suddenly spaceships (CYNO) would be aiding TSF. The CYNO guy(s) left system once they saw our combined fleet so we ended up horribly outnumbering TSF and they opted not to engage. After popping the POCO we started shooting another one while waiting for our replacement POCO to arrive (turns out you cant fit the entire thing+stuff into a single viator, derp extra trip required) during which TSF dropped a new POCO and we noticed a Shadow Cartel fleet coming our way. (We killed one of their carriers a few hours earlier)
We sat on grid for a bit until Shadow warped in and pewpewed each other. We killed a rapier and lost most of our T1 shit after which we got into a stalemate with neither side being able to break the other sides logistics. We left pretty much all of our caps in Curse so decided to get out before Shadow dropped theirs and wed be unable to counter. Since we were in the middle of space we had to leave some guys behind.
All in all it was an amusing evening with a nice fight. We would have preferred to fight TSF but were still getting used to the various local alliances & relations (We pretty much went 'curse is empty lets go fuck around in low-sec' and did no recon at all beyond finding out where Stillwater lives :p) so its hard to judge how much we need to bring to a fight and which third parties we need to prepare for.
