If the channel survives, it's only going to survive as a bastion of concentrated derp.

Call that "YDIW" all you want, but I want to see someone actually refute it. I've yet to see ANYTHING that indicates otherwise.

The problem is one or two of your moderators, and your refusal to do anything about it, not moderation in general. Other communities do just fine.
