Title: Dust RP?

Hey guys, I'm back. Been working hard the past few weeks with work and school. Phewie.

Anyways, how do you think EVE-DUST RP is gonna work out. Could it work out? Hopefully a few Dust RP corporations pop up. (I may start one). How d you guys think RP will work out on the surface warzones and beyond?

DUST players can join EVE corps, so all they have to do is join an EVE RP corp.  c/d?

I think/would imagine they'd be able to, being on the same server.

DUST players can also join the same channels in EVE. On SiSi, I saw Stitcher's DUST character in the OOC channel.

So yes, RP!

Does Eve-Voice work across DUST-Eve?

I don't see a lot of DUST players swapping between their controller and keyboard a lot to talk to Capsuleers.

Most of them are FPS-gamers. Maybe, I think. I shouldn't be making that assumption. Anyways, I'll try it out, just found a USB keyboard too while cleaning the basement. I am most likely going to be one of the first Duster RPers.

I reallllyyy wish there was more character creation options in Dust, and an option to take the armor off while off-duty. Maybe somewhere down the line, but not anywhere near launch...

I know for a fact WHG will be hosting rper and non-rper dust players alike, so long as they respect our ROE and the fact we are primarily a space rp corporation.  In fact I have found a few people get won over when they find out that a lot of rp is basically just adding backstory to your in game actions and finding a bit of motivation. 

But yes, I am hoping to get a dozen or so pure dust players on top of the hybrid eve/dust guys we already have ready to wag war in the name of the State - any interface difficulties can be overcome with IRC rp for those who want more depth than a console experience can provide for text based roleplay.

Well, there's flying around shooting stuff RP, and making and trading things RP, and forum RP, and blog RP, and the occasional in-character-ish voice comms for a fleet.
