So it seems for every obscure piece of item (http://backstage.eve-inspiracy.com/index.php?topic=2277.0) there's also an obscure piece of mission text (http://backstage.eve-inspiracy.com/index.php?topic=2294.0) for it.
Would people approve and be willing to collaborate on collating all the mission text for not only the various uncommon items but for missions overall?
-
It is actually sort of this I have been trying to do with the Lorebook and guides to COSMOS and epic arcs.
I have tried to be collecting from regular missions too, but I am just one guy with not enought time. :(
(Neeeeeeearly through the Caldari COSMOS guide but dang there is a lot of small things that needs to be cleared).
-
That's a great initiative, not at all hard to approve.
A complete mission PF guide would make it much easier to find out for instance how the Caldari and Amarr missions depict Gallenteans, etc. Commenting, searching and linking functions would also be cool.
-
Why not add the text to EVElopedia or EVE Survival?
-
I generally make notes of and save unique details on missions specifically related to the Sansha.
Although these days with the truckload of new missions, I have trouble telling which are Sansha and which aren't.
For instance I have none of the new level 4s (if any) the Empires have, and I have not experienced the full range of the storylines because 80% of them are Special Delivery. Some ones such as Evolution (vs the Rogue Drones) pop up, though. Or the Sukuuvestaa Incident.

EM gathers interesting mission write-ups and such in a public thread called PF Collection: In-Game Sources (http://www.electusmatari.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=9516). There are some other PF links and discussions on that forum section as well.
If you incorporate this content into whatever you're doing, could you put a link in that thread to whatever you generate with it? Helps share the knowledge.

it is a huge task, esp. now with the mission agent changes.
as well as this, there are dozens of lvl1 missions, which have some bits of pf in them, and you may never see them, because of the sheer number.
there are many lvl1 missions with bits of PF, fewer for higher levels.
There are also some courier ones.
And many storyline missions
-
All the more reason for it to be a collective effort rather than restricted to one player (or even alliance).
-
i am planning to work some courier level 1->2->3 in the short term for some standings gains, every bit of info i see will be posted here

There is also a way to reasonably quickly go through things.
With a character with sufficiently high standings, you can go onto Sisi, and keep on asking/declining missions, to flip through them in short order. you'd lose faction/corp/agent standing, but... it's sisi, it doesn't matter.
Also, some of the older threads from chatsubo:
