Title: WTB: Guide for POS Operation and Related stuff

I'm looking for a guide related to POS management/ defensive setup and all that nice stuff.

If someone could point to a good direction with this it be heavily apprecated

There was something on the forums I was pointed to, but I can't seem to find it anymore.

EDIT: I can probably help with other POS questions, just shoot me a mail in game, or a convo or something.
