The name's Anton Duvalier. I'm new to EVE and to EVE RP. Just wanted to say hello, and start gettin' to know everyone.
I've been RPing for years, but usually with D&D and WFRP, so I'm no stranger to gaming. In EVE, I'm especially interested in Gallente FW. However, I'd like to get a like to get a bit more experience under my belt before I jump in, guns blazing. Eventually, I'd like to start my own corp, and maybe even lead the assault that brings down the Titan orbiting Caldari Prime. Ambitious, I know, but I like to think big. Today, Small Hybrid Turrets 5. Tomorrow, titan killing....
Anyways, I'm in the US Pacific TZ. I brew my own beer, keep native bees, teach ballroom dancing, garden, play the bagpipes and my girlfriend works in the videogame industry. I used to play rugby and I still am a civil war reenactor. That's the 30-second personal history.

Haha! Yes, I live in Oregon and I'm a foodie (local/organic/gourmet food junkie), but I'm not a hippie, I don't have a beard, I don't have long hair and I don't drive a VW Vanagon. I'm also not a hipster. Both assumptions would be understandable, given my home state.
I wish I could grow a lot of facial hair, though. I'd go for the sideburns-into-muttonchops-into-moustache. Or maybe even the "flying muttonchops." But alas, I'm like an elf.

Hmmm....ballroom dancing and Warhammer. An interesting combo.
I really enjoy the Fantasy and 40k games, along with Warmachine and LOTR. However, I'm of the opinion that Battlefleet Gothic is the finest, most entertaining and elegant tabletop rulset made. If you want to talk Warhammer, I'm all for it. I play fantasy Empire, Night Goblins and High Elves, along with 40K IG, Orks and Chaos Space Marines. My girlfriend plays Skaven, Brettonia, Black Templars and Rohan.
However, my real area of expertise is in Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay. I've read every single Warhammer roleplay book at least once, and there isn't much, rule or lore wise, that I'm not familiar with.
For ballroom dancing, I do pretty much everything except Argentine Tango. I love to talk dance, so be sure to ask me about it sometime.
Lastly, I joined EVE with my best friend, Felix Octavian (I was the best man at his wedding a few months ago). Please be sure to message him and say hi. He's a lite RPer, and is trying to find his place in the game. I'm trying to get him involved in the RP community, but he might need some friendly introductions.

Which is sayan' something, considering the crit tables in Dark Heresy make turning your femur into a grenade a possibility. Mmm, plasma.

Bagpipes? When I got married my groomsmen and I wore kilts and my wife hired a piper. When I die, I want pipers at my funeral to play "Amazing Grace" "Scotland the Brave" and "It's a long way to the top (if you want to rock and roll)."
As for Eve RP, should young Anton become disillusioned with the Federation and go seeking spiritual enlightenment, have him come my way.
