Last week a branch of the Achur monks calling itself the "Sagacious Path" began protesting some Caldari legislation. They claim the State has been abusing the Achura, steering them into supporting war with the Gallente Federation and its Minmatar allies. Now, groups like this crop up from time to time, and usually everything works itself out and goes back to the status quo.Unfortunately, this group seems smarter and more determined than usual, staging rallies outside of foreign embassies, that sort of thing. They're getting some real attention now. The Minmatar especially are giving us a hard time. We aren't in a position to end these protests yet, so the next best thing is to end the Minmatar involvement.The State wants you to go pick up the Minmatar emissary at the station he's residing in. Bring him back here, where he is to remain until this whole situation blows over.
