So. Long blonde haired Scandinavian Ava, or short, black haired rebellious Ava? I am asking you, backstage! Vote for blonde or black, and I will take note! I will count the votes on Monday afternoon when I get home from work, so a bit over 2 days from now. I cannot decide, and need your help!

I'd say on balance the short hair. Not that there is anything wrong with your existing look, but change is good from time to time.

Platinum blonde Ava by a mile. Really helps contrast with the facial tattoos.

I like your usual look, and changing the image associated to Ava in my mind is also a pain in ther ass, so I'm going for blonde.
