Basically the Achur are northern China and Jin mei are Southern China.   
The Achur are wheat growing more individualist then the Ethnic Caldari but are communal then Gallente. The Jin mei are Rice growing and are more communal then ethnic Gellente but are more individualist then the Caldari ihttp://www.indiana.edu/~easc/study_tour/2006/accepted/jenna.doc
