Hello all! :)
One of the suggestions to emerge out of a conversation about how to make getting involved in Amarrian RP a less daunting thing was to create a list of player character Holdings - and to add it to the EVEWiki (https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/List_of_holdings). That way you don't have to worry as a new player creating a Holder character claiming somewhere that is already "claimed" accidentally; it will also help to give new players a sense of the scale to look at when claiming a Holding.
So please reply here, or send me a mail in-game with the following information to be added here and to the wiki page:
Character Name - Holding or Holdings (i.e. Continent on Amarr Prime) - A single sentence description (optional).
So without further ado here we go:
Gaven Lok'ri - Estates on Oris (Amarr VIII) (http://evemaps.dotlan.net/system/Amarr/VIII).

I don't think there is much to worry as Holdings are probably small enough that it doesn't prevent someone else to have another at the same location...

I agree that for the most part we won't have overlap, but still better to have a resource there and not need it I think :D

I have deliberately never mentioned Esna's exact holdings as insurance against CCP accidentallying the entire thing.

All of the official Vitalia holdings oh Khanid Prime and within the Seevadin constellation were seized by Kingdom Authorities and redistributed to appropriate loyalist families upon publicly coming out as Sabik several years ago. Any of you Amarr or Caldari RPers that want to claim ownership over anything property distributed in the aftermath you'd like to come up with, have at it. Who wants all this nice property on fire-sale from a very old and prestigious family that is now disgraced and lost everything?!
Most notably the main family estate and vineyards eventually found their way into the ownership of Morwen L. Well, anyway what was left after the mansion was burned down by Koronakesh...
That being said a lot of the...illegitimate holdings in the Kingdom have been snapped up by rival criminal cartels lately now that S. has been MIA off-grid for more than a year off in who-knows-where crusading against Omir's sect....

It's likely that Morwen and Reppy snapped up everything of Silas' in Khanid Prime that they could, but left everything else alone because it wasn't "convenient" or nearby. :)
Morwen's technically now in control of 3 separate estates (http://backstage.eve-inspiracy.com/index.php?topic=1581.msg94563#msg94563) on KP V but I'll have to edit the post later as I'm on my way out the door for a rehearsal.

The three estates are as follows, all located on the fifth planet of the Khanid Prime system:
- The Tyrathlion estates; a moderately-sized plot of land including a forest. The (rebuilt) mansion is built into a hill, and is surrounded by gardens and an ornamental lake. These have been owned by the Tyrathlion family since their arrival in Khanid Prime many years (and generations) ago.
- The Casaven estates; a slightly larger plot of land with more forests. The primary facilities on the estates included what was to be a Kameira training facility, but since the deaths of Charity and Repentence (http://backstage.eve-inspiracy.com/index.php?topic=1581.msg89109#msg89109), the estate has been largely untouched - and, in fact, the charred remains of the buildings there remain as they were after the fire there, weather and climate permitting. The forest that surrounds these estates is likely looking forward to reclaiming the space for its own, given enough time. These were originally acquired by Charity under a pseudonym, before she (re-)revealed her existence to her sister and Morwen after having been presumed dead.
- The Vitalia family's primary estate and vineyards. The mansion itself was rebuilt shortly after ownership was acquired, and the vineyards are again operating at full; those who attended Lunarisse's wine-tasting event, or the Fourth Seyllin Conference, may recall a small variety of (younger) wines having been available from these vineyards. As noted above, it's likely that Morwen and Reppy snatched most assets of Silas' that became available within the Khanid Prime system, but with a primary focus on anything on planet 5, as that was their own primary residence. Anything outside of the system or of no particular note off-planet would've been left alone to avoid spreading too far.

Cakzad holds the Dakba System. Over the course of a LOOOOOOOOTTTTTT of RP he will eventually control that entire Constellation. But that will be a long time. :D

... uh, no, he doesn't. There is a canonical NPC Holder who owns Dakba, Lord Ardin Tarpur.

You can be a subordinate Holder -under- Tarpur, controlling a smaller portion of the territory, such as a single planet or continent, but you cannot replace him as the Holder of the system (let alone the constellation).

I would generally avoid titles to such scale as not only it might prove a bit godmoddy, but also prevents these exact kind of issues...

Unfortunately as Arkon has left Eve rp this list is also not going to be updated.
As a general rule of thumb from a practical rp point of view, being a holder of more than a Planet (e.g. a system) has caused issues with players claiming mary-sueing (and even being a planet can be an issue depending on whether Lore has spoken as to who a holder is). The safest courses can be to say one is a holder of a holding within a larger npc holding (such and a such a planet, etc.) which I see many amarr side rpers do or being non specific as Esna is (but that's no fun!)

The Muncipality of Rekah on Akila II, technically held by Leopold before he got out of the closet as an Angel, has been assigned to one of his former vassals, who are now Angel backed puppets.
Not sure how would that integrate into the list as it's not standard vanilla-amarr-holder stuff, nor IC public knowledge though. :s
