You had set Elmund to negative ten. Elmund in turn sets Anya to negative ten. It doesn't mean Anya is in his shitlist, because he sets every single hostile and every single pirate to negative ten for convenience sake. It just means to him 'this dood is hostile. Shoot to kill!'.

Back on topic, Elmund Egivand considers EVERY HOOKBILL EVER to be his nemesis. The extent of his hatred for Hookbills is such that the mere mention of a Hookbill makes him froth from the mouth and scream incoherently about 'FIVE MED SLOTS!' and swearing to kill every last one of them because 'BREACHER DEMANDS IT!'.
