Title: Mordu's Legion anomalies - Besieged Covert Sites

Hit Sisi and still in development. (https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=4626404#post4626404) This will be the source for the new LG implants, and evidently also a plot point tied with the 'unknown reason for Mordu's Legion scouting.'

Are these in addition to the random lowsec belt rats we're supposed to see drop the blueprints, or have they scrapped that?

I'll need to get this confirmed, but I believe belt NPCs drop the BPCs, and the sites drop LG implants and evidently also pirate livery reskins. No Mordus BPCs from the wrecks in the site. :x

Yes that is correct from what I've seen/been told.
