I find it interesting how a lot of us have put our threat levels as severe or extreme...maybe we should put killboard ratings and security status to actual DED threat levels? :P

Threat level, as I interpreted it doesn't mean ship based combat exclusively - there a few of us who have RP'd physical dangerous and highly lethal characters outside of the pod, so this could include that.
However, in cases like Verone and John Revenant - I think they are entirely accurate :P
> Murder (57,703,519 counts)
> Attempted murder (5 counts)
Subject tests negative for majority of psychological concerns commonly observed post-apotheosis; may in part be attributed to subject's lack of young-age extreme trauma disproportionately common among Capsuleer candidates. After a small period of existential uncertainty following first clone death and transfer, subject appears to have accepted and embraced clone-based immortality. Avoids reckless clone death, but does not shy away from action and accepts possibility of self-loss.
Observations indicate subject is social and comfortably extroverted, content to greet, debate, or discuss with any others. Has forged strong friendships with colleagues in field, and is equally close with a number of baseliner crewmembers aboard various owned vessels. Subject is also known to provide backup services for general baseliner crew. Has reportedly developed no intimate interpersonal relationships post-apotheosis; external records detailing behavior prior to initial CONCORD assessment suggest that subject has only rarely been significantly intimate, even before Capsuleer certification.
Generally observed to be kind-natured and appears to have shed an originally prominent craving for personal renown, now content to work quietly and publish information alongside colleagues. However, subject still displays fervent, vigorous ambition for learning all that can be gleaned or drawn from any Jove-related (1st-2nd-3rd Empire, Sleeper, Drifter, Talocan(?)) developments, as they come. Near-certain presumed likelihood of subject discounting any official warning or forbiddance interfering with said ambition.
Subject files list average-to-high marks in all categories of Capsuleer certification fitness examination requirements, with exceptional skill in swimming. Since achieving Capsuleer status, subject has experimented with implants and augmentations affecting power of movement as they come into price range.
Augmentations affecting external appearance include a somatosensory 'Wirepoise' augmentation (suspected to have been developed by the SOE through research of Drifter implants) and a first-edition 'Phanca' cybernetic armset. Subject most recently uninstalled an SPZ-3 Ocular Enhancer in favor of a pair of 'Farsight' augmented spectacles. Replacement considered a purely aesthetic choice.
Subject has recently "aged up" installed clones; manner and intent appears similar to that of many Amarr, though less drastically pronounced in desired display of age. No other significant augmentations on record.
