EVE IRC

I'm curious, after Milo's recent mention of IRC as a 'replacement' (sorta) for EVE: how many of you actively use IRC for EVE-related ends? And any recommended servers/channels?

Uhh, I idle constantly in the Rote Kapelle IRC channel and the FHC one on coldfront. Technically I'm in the eve-ooc channel too, but I think it is only ever me and Morwen in there so...

I sit in Dossie's channel, and occasionally lurk #eve-radio.

isn't there technically a backstage channel somewhere?

I currently sit in #eve-dev, #inspiracy (the backstage channel), #eve-ooc (companion to OOC ingame), and #eve-news on coldfront.

I've used IRC in the past for RP stuff when I wasn't able to log in. Works very well once you get going, but channel MOTDs don't work quite as well for describing setting on IRC as they do ingame. :)

Morwen's Law:
1) The number of capsuleer women who are bisexual is greater than the number who are lesbian.
2) Most of the former group appear lesbian due to a lack of suitable male partners to go around.
3) The lack of suitable male partners can be summed up in most cases thusly: interested, worth the air they breathe, available; pick two.
