Many years ago I would have said Ava Starfire, because Terra Matar was awesome to fight, and Val was so much self hate for her heritage as Minmatar, yet she was continually being bested by them....Ironically the outcome of all this is Val is much more positive on the Minmatar now, in fact more positive than she is on the Amarr or Amarrian culture in fact.
Val really doesn't like PIE, she wouldn't openly cause conflict with them being under contract (and a diplomat of all things), but she never forgave them for their mistrust in her during her first time in the militia (which caused her to wardec them, a couple of times if memory serves), not that they were wrong in mistrusting her, just that she tried really hard to throw off the image of being over sansha, all the while running mission for them in stain
Odd note, she still wants PIE to like her, despite her negative feelings towards them. So, occasionally she will try really hard to convince someone from PIE that they have common ground outside of simply being in the Amarr milita.
Also she is super bitter/angry/in unrequited love with Rek Jaiga.
