Character History: The youngest of three sisters, Nola was born and raised on the ice planet of Pelille VII in a domed mining colony. Her mathematical ability and aptitude for problem solving were recognized at an early age. She was enrolled in several junior science institutions where she often far exceeded her peers in performance, but her unorthodox methods left her politely excused from the courses. Ultimately, most of her knowledge had been through self-education, and even through her course at the Center for Advanced Studies, she was only allowed to stay with significant donations from her sister Kaleigh.
Until recently, Nola had been content to work under the care and guidance of her sisters insofar that her work was not impeded. Having met Lillith Blackheart during her tenure at Rho Dynamics, her research had been delving into murky depths of questionable behavior. She finally took hold of her own destiny as the CO-CEO of NeuroGEN where she has remained since.
An only child, Nachshon was born into a typical Ishukone-affiliated family on New Caldari. He was certified as a capsuleer and enrolled in the State War Academy at 18. While there, he entered an intimate relationship with fellow cadet Mirya Leyv. Unfortunately, Mirya was killed in a freak accident on her first run with a pod.
Nachshon spent his first year out of the Academy in the State, before moving to the Republic in the fall of 109. Initially, he was merely a Caldari expatriate, but he began to sympathize with the Minmatar cause, ultimately joining with the loyalist corporation Gradient and taking Minmatar citizenship in 110. He was later adopted into the Kodor clan, a minor Sebeistor clan on Matar. When the clan realized that he had more money than the rest of them put together, he was made a clan elder. Nachshon has spent a great deal of time living on Matar, helping his clan set up a small spaceport that now serves as their primary income.
Currently, Nachshon has enlisted in the Tribal Liberation Force. He has abandoned almost all loyalties to the State. He still retains many Caldari trappings, such as a preference for Caldari ships and a taste for sake.
Physical description: Nachshon is of medium height and build, with brown hair, hazel eyes, and a well-trimmed beard. His Mark is the Mark of the Storm, located on the back of the left hand, resembling a branching lightning bolt.
When not in pod, Nachshon wears either his TLF uniform or a variety of T-shirts, mostly Minmatar brand names. On formal occasions, he wears a dress sword - a Caldari wakizashi.
Personality: It is said that the most ardent followers of a religion are converts. Nachshon is the political equivalent. He is a passionate supporter of the Republic, though he is quite willing to question its political leadership. As those who know him can attest, he is impatient and impulsive, which has resulted in many lost ships. On the flip side, he is quite willing to admit his own faults, and stands by his allies and friends.
