Help needed for a friend

So, been a while since I've been here, and I don't think I've ever done this, but a friend of mine needs some help. 

Her dog recently became ill, and after much trouble was diagnosed with an abscess in the bile duct from a foreign body, and had to have surgery.  About a week ago, her dog had to go back to the vet for more treatments, and all of this of course costs money.  And that is money that my friend and her family don't really have.
