I have no idea if this will be any good but the description of 'eve with water and boats' could be cool.

We already had an attempt at EVE with Water and Boats: Pirates of the Burning Sea. Unfortunately, they pandered to the whiners and sold out to SOE.

I would certainly like to see another attempt at the concept.

May I also suggest Blood and Gold: Caribbean?

Basically a super mod for Mount and Blade.  Lots of fun, kinda silly sometimes.  Recommended if you liked Mount and Blade at all.
