So, sort of related to this thread: http://backstage.eve-inspiracy.com/index.php?topic=202.0 (http://backstage.eve-inspiracy.com/index.php?topic=202.0)
Basically, noteable NPC's Sansha Kuvakei, Mordu, Jamyl et all, who would play them in your fantasy EVE-Movie?

For Sansha Kuvakei.
Look into your heart, you know it to be true.

Liam Neeson (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liam_Neeson) as Tibus Heth

For Malaetu Shakor, I picked Danny Glover for voice and appearance:

For Jacus Roden, John Malkovich:

Souro Foiritan would be played by Liam Neeson:

Keitan Yun needs someone suitably able to mix awkward and charismatic, James Callis seems a good choice:

Or Perhaps David Tennant...
Sansha Kuvakei is played by someone suitably terrifying, Tom Hardy:

Still looking for a Mordu, a Heth, a Jamyl and a Broker, plus a fe others :P let the games begin!

Mmmnh... Hardy would be a good Kuvakei (Kane is pretty much perfect), but Neeson is much more Heth than anything Gallente. I like...

The sheer size and presence of the late Michael Clarke Duncan (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Clarke_Duncan) is perfect for Maleatu Shakor
If we are limited to living actors who could actually play the roles, however...
Tom Lister Jr. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_Lister,_Jr.) is a good alternate for Shakor

In the chronicle, where the image in today's eve wikipedia article on Souro Foiritan first appeared, Souro is mentioned to be wearing traditional maroon Intaki colors while Mentas Blaque's uniform is not described. Therefore, the image above probably does not portray Foiritan but Blaque.
Brent Spiner has some resemblance with the original Foiritan:

Vernon Wells would make a great Heth:

That's quite a stretch.

Ladies and gentleman, here is Tibus Heth.

I'm not the first one to talk about this inconsistency, people have been wondering for ages why doesn't the man in the illustration look anything like all the other portraits of Foiritan. Since it is now in the wikipedia, I suppose it is now canon, the other images and the chronicle are erratic and we have no idea what Blaque looks like.
-
Really? I have always assumed that was Foiritan as seen in his second term of office. Looks close enough to the older pictures of him imo.
(http://www.buffed.de/screenshots/180x270/2008/07/news_eve_chronicles1.jpg) (http://hussars-online.ru/forum/userpix/3_souro_foiritan_old_1.jpg)
There's even one in which, I have always assumed, he is on stage with Blaque during a debate. His hair is quite red in that shot, however, if it is meant to be him:
Link: http://community.eveonline.com/background/potw/default.asp?cid=04-jan-01 (edit: link changed; working on a weird connection atm, but the image should be attached to this chron)
Edit: I would also have to ask why you think they would commission and release a portrait of Blaque (instead of Foiritan) around the same time (TEA release and associated chrons) as the portraits of Heth, Shakor, and Sarum.

Hrm.. my IP is forbidden from going to the links location. >.>

If you discard the nose (roman vs. british), style and signs of age, there is a similarity between those images. It could be that Foiritan either changed his style on the second term and dropped the Intaki thing, he didn't have to worry about re-election after all, or that the artist wanted to tell something about the two political enemies.
In the image portraying people on stage, I have hard time seeing jingoistic Blaque dressing up as an old intaki in public, it would be just weird. Foiritan's long red hair and other Intaki characteristics are clearly recognizable, though, and I have always assumed he was talking to his own target audience, or perhaps in the Intaki assembly.
It could of course be that CCP just decided to change the President's looks for marketing reasons. The guy who I think is Blaque, looks more like what western people expect a statesman to look like, but perhaps that's exactly why I personally like the old Foiritan more - it breaks my expectations and forces me to re-evaluate how I perceive things.
