I'm thinking that maybe, just maybe, the guy should not have continued using the tactic of making false and vexatious allegations of EULA violation - which, take in mind, he had already been warned about by the GMs - and if he did, he shouldn't have done it in front of dev live event actors.

Damar Rocarion was an utterly massive tool for a number of other reasons, but errors in judgement of that calibre are tantamount to screaming "BAN ME!" at the top of his lungs.
