...you are playing Battlestar Galactica Online and think, "This would be so much more fun with a skill queue."

...or you wonder why your Condor isn't more maneuverable.
...or you try to navigate by point and click while hastily searching for your overview at the bottom of the screen the moment combat starts.

You tell a co-worker "One more stupid question and I will gank you."

You click on the bottom of the vertical scroll bar and become irrationally angry that the document only went down one page instead of going all the way to the bottom.

You hit the escape key and wonder why it doesn't give you the option to turn of your computer.

...you think that a couple million (currency here) is meaningless in other MMOs compared to EVE.

I get this a lot playing City of Heroes.

"One hour and 2 million influence? In eve I could ..."

... you get angry because questgivers won't tell you where your favorite alliance gank victim is located.

The lack of locators in WoW annoyed me endlessly when I still played that travesty.

You enter a motel room and are pleasantly surprised by the lack of lag.

... you read about Olympic badminton teams playing strategically to set themselves up for an easier path through the playoffs and have to think about why there's a fuss.

Thirded, because someone I was with at the time was amazed by the plan. I had to explain that no, I'm quite familiar with the tactic and not amazed at all.

I like the implications of Gallentians being punched in the face by walking up to a Minmatar as they so freely use another person's culture as a fad.

One of my friends summed it up nicely:
Quote
If you want people to try to win matches, make winning matches always beneficial to winning medals. Having a tournament structure that in some cases punishes winning matches and trying to patch that with a rule saying you must attempt to win, even if winning isn't in your long-term best interests is just lazy game design.

NOT trying to start a political debate, but...

...when you realize you're basing your opinion on political figures based on how similar they act to EVE players you know.

You open inter-office emails with 'Saisa' or 'Namas'.

-When you greet someone in person with 'Saisa' or 'Namas'.

-You just completed the tutorial.
