The Rite (http://www.eveonline.com/background/potw/default.asp?cid=26-07-10)
This one was interesting, its amusing and well thought out. Its nice to know that my hangers are full of little people who worship me and have a tribe that seems to be based around me. Makes me feel special.

Huh, interesting.
This is in the same vein of a news article many years ago about cults that formed around the Capsuleers and their exploits. Curious to see a return to that category.
-
I didn't take it quite as cultish, though. More of a subculture, if you will.
Though this means interesting things for the "Staff Lounge" hangar subdivision I've had for a long time, full of NPCs...

<3! :D

If you think about battleships, which are almost like moving towns in terms of population, and size too, I imagine this sorta stuff happens all the time...could even make a blade runner style movie out of it! Especially considering that 95% of the capsuleers don't interact with their crews and don't have cross-capsule, so their ship is literally a 'vessel' or suit of armour.

Quite an impressive chronicle, and also (I believe) CCP Big Dumb Object's debut as a chron writer.
-
I like it. :D
Also nice to know the prosthetic limbs thing is legit, since it's something I've used for a while.
-
I think Big Dumb Object has written a chron before. Also, prostethics - at least wetware - are mentioned in the Burning Life. The Silver Hand of male Ardishapurs is old stuff. In TEA, Karsoth had some kind of exoskeleton help to move, though limb replacements were not mentioned.
Edit: BDO wrote "the Slow Disease".

My character has the like full, shoulders and all, bilateral prosthetics. Not Amarr and female, though. But still.

Really enjoyed the chronicle.
Ive always thought somewhere along these lines with the NPC's that my corp and I have collected. We went as far as providing them with ample amounts of Quafe, and moved them into out wormhole as volentary "wormhole colonists".
Chron fits in nicely with my line of RP.

Lovely... absolutely lovely. Reminds me that I need to seal the ship staff's quarters once in a while and space everything else. Can't have the little 'tribes' and survivors stagnate and grow resentful in time. Better to end it while they're still... amusing.
