Teutonii was docked in Astral Mining station, Intaki V when a brief live event unfolded...

Eliniale (https://gate.eveonline.com/Profile/Eliniale) and Tykari (https://gate.eveonline.com/Profile/Tykari) were the capsuleers in search of Valsas en Dilat, while Riveau Yol (https://gate.eveonline.com/Profile/Riveau%20Yol) was from The Syndicate.
It looks like as an extension of the news event surrounding the events of Hilen Tukoss's defection and his ongoing research (http://www.eveonline.com/news/newsFromEve.asp?newsID=4650) into Sleeper technology.
