I'm coming up on 12 years since creating Silver Night, and I'll be having a party to celebrate!
The party will be in just over 1 week, on the 24th running into the 25th (his actual Eve 'birthday'). I'll probably do some kind of raffle or something, TBD. Suggestions welcome!
Specifics:
When: Sunday 24th of May 18:00 - 25th of May ??:??
Where: 'The Frenetic Evolution'
What is?: Celebration of Silver being officially a podder for 12 years. Food and refreshments will be provided.
Pretty much everyone is invited, though Silver's security is paranoid, well equipped, and thorough (they would have to be, for him to make it 12 years). Trolling or trouble-making will result in a swift kick.
Edit: Looking for ideas for a possible raffle/giveaway since it might be a little tricky with the event running most of a day and people popping in and out. Also feel free to RSVP although it isn't required!

Also, now with Door Prizes! When you arrive you will pick a number between 1 and 100 and recieve a prize from my big spreadsheet o' prizes! This might be a tech 1 frigate, or it might be a pirate BS! Who knows?!

It's a shame Liam doesn't know Silver...at all, or I'd consider attending. :(

My character has no idea this is going on and has no idea that she was fond of Silver. :(

Last time I went with no IC reason at first, and then found something, but I don't remember what... :(

You may assume that it would have been spread around ICly. He has certainly mentioned in in IC channels and I assume there are venues for information to spread around that we don't see as players but which our characters have access to.
Edit: And being as silver has been in the pod so long, even those with for example an academic interest in what that much time as a podder does to people might like to attend. even if they don't know Silver.
Edit2: Also, there is free stuff, which might be justification enough for those who don't know Silver but have heard it is happening and that it is largely open to everyone.

I would like to come to this, but I may be somewhat occupied for most of it with a real life party! I'll see if I can find the time to make an appearance either before or after RL interjects.

Yeah, it should go for quite a while - I think at a minimum until the early part of the 25th. Also, those who don't know Silver: It is in the MotD for The Summit, which makes it pretty clear, IC, that it's open to virtually all!
