So, new dev blog, now with 100% more apology.

My thoughts: About 2 days to late, but without a doubt a good move.

Discuss?

Zulu: "However, just to prove the point of the Fearless newsletter and give you a further understanding of what it is then there are no and never have been plans to sell "gold ammo" for Aurum. In Fearless people are arguing a point, which doesn't even have to be their view, they are debating an issue."

Yay?  :D

Right direction, but there's still a long way to go.  The one answer provided in this new blog uses particular words that do not quite provide the totality some are looking for: "no 'gold ammo'" =/= "MT for vanity only, we swear this forever on the lives of our children".  Among other things, I would like to see Hilmar addressing the email and how his attitude and leadership style are going to be different going forward.

Trebor Daehdoow (CSM) has confirmed that "no gold ammo" means "no non-vanity MTs".

This is good enough for me, for now.

Its definitely a good beginning.

Seconded. I'm not exactly satisfied, but it's a step forward. They need to address the other issues at hand as well, imo

Oh, I think it is definitely good.

I doubt Hillmar changed his opinion much, I don't think that's in his personality profile. However, as long as he changes his approach how to deal with these issues, it should be a sufficient catalyst for some change.

I'd like CCP to remain 'Fearless', just fearless and taking a slightly different course. To me it seems they accomplished more with less devs in the past. I'd like that to return. I guess growing pains are partially to blame for that.

Okay, based on that last dev blog, I'll be back in the game, at least unless and until I find out that my relief was premature.

I remain unconvinced. I'll wait until the super-special-seekrit CSM meeting is over.

Still pretty much in wait and see mode myself. Somewhat optimistic at least. vOv
