I have finally removed dossier from the bio and has replaced it with description of appearance of the character.
Unfortunately, hit character limit wall and very many traits were left outside. But, I believe, that with the new bio it would be easier to imagine character whom you are speaking with as an actual human, instead of a "file in a folder"
