Title: Clarification of Moderator position on harassment

[mod]The moderators wish to make it absolutely clear that we do not tolerate the use of backstage or its resources to harass other users, including through the use of private messages. This includes using multiple/new accounts to evade efforts by the victim of such harassment to block the harasser. Incidents of harassment reported to us will be investigated through admin tools and if verified will result in an immediate and permanent ban for the harasser.  If requested, records will be provided to relevant law enforcement agencies.[/mod]

The fact that this needed to be stated outright is a wee bit scary.
