Vicky is fluent in Amarrian, whatever accent remains from her previous life indicates that she was raised on Athra. If Ni-Kunni exists as a language (I'm not sure if it still would given the degree of assimilation), she's speak that as well. She understands a little Khanid but never had much use for the language.

Other than that, she knows how to tell you to politely go to hell in just about every major language, and has picked up some rudimentary functional, tactical, and profane Matari after being around the other pilots of Ushra'Khan for several months.

Some more fluently than others?

(Also "Without implants?")

I'm a bit sad "Caldari Navy Terror" isn't on that list.

Personally, I'm sad "Medium Energy Neutralizer II" isn't on that list. Show your Curse Pride, man!

Morwen's Law:
1) The number of capsuleer women who are bisexual is greater than the number who are lesbian.
2) Most of the former group appear lesbian due to a lack of suitable male partners to go around.
3) The lack of suitable male partners can be summed up in most cases thusly: interested, worth the air they breathe, available; pick two.

Sebiestor, nothern Mikramurka dialect (Native, limited literacy)
Standard Matari (Conversational, limited literacy)
Amarrian, Mandate dialect (Conversational, no literacy)

Reading and writing not real high on list of priorities to Avlynka's Clan.

Reading and writing not real high on list of priorities to Avlynka's Clan.

Interesting. I've explicitly made it part of Atamahara's policy that you don't get to pick up a gun until you can read and write, and you don't get to go to war until you know the clan's history and culture.

"It does you no good to win the war if you've forgotten who you are."

It's fairly public knowledge, Merahl makes no effort to hide it:

Fluent
- Modern Matari -- Merahl's stationside lowsec accent is one some people find difficult to follow, so he makes an effort to speak precisely; the result is that he sometimes comes across as stuffy and "proper".
- Caldari and Napanii -- learned from his father, though again his accent is rough and potentially embarrassing.

Moderate:
- A random handful of Matari dialects and trader patois -- learned from exposure as a child and later in the military.

Iurnan speaks Gallente and a smattering of Matari picked up from his mom, an immigrant to the Fed. For everything else, he just uses language translators.

Hate to be that guy, but Language translators are mostly confined to the Pod, according to PF. Though apparently cyber implanted translators are on a "steady increase"

N'maro enjoys getting out the pod to have a walk around he various stations and marketplaces of New Eden, and his spoken languages reflect this.

- Basic Repubic standard Matari
- Vherokior dialect (native), as well as high competence in all Matari tribal dialects, save Nefantar and Starkmanir.
- Khanid (aquired, conversational, little written skill)
- Amarrish (mostly Ni-Kunni trader dialects, aquired, some written skill)
- Gallentian (aquired, relatively fluent, considerable written skill)
- Intaki (fractured, conversational, almost no written skill)
- Jin-Mei (almost none, can order a coffee or ask for the bathroom, thats about it)
- Caldari Basic (aquired, fractured, conversational, little written skill)
- Napaani (learned, relatively fluent, some written skill)
