Title: CCP April Fool's Day Joke?

Well the quasi-Segway looks nice, but I'm hoping the rest of this (http://www.eveonline.com/devblog.asp?a=blog&bid=891) blog was an April Fool's Day joke. Thoughts?

I want Kittens.  Lots and Lots of them.  Walk into my CQ and it's Covered in Shed fur from the 10 cute kittens.  Each with a young slave cleaning up after them and feeding them.
