Not seen something like this before. Is it common? Bunch of new devs, mebbe?

There was a thread on reddit about the alliance losing members recently. I suspect they are playing around or testing something.

Didn't Fozzie tweet recently that CCP had derped an alliance bill?

This could be them rebuilding after being disbanded.
