Well, yeah. Think about all those courier missions when the agent asks a capsuleer to go get their "cigarettes" or move "tourists".

You don't really think that's the full story, do you?

I honestly think that would be awesome, if the 'tourists' are all undercover agents spying for various entities, unwittingly transported by bored Capsuleers >_>

Ah, finally, a rational explanation for all of those missions where one has to transport Kamieras for pre-deployment medical and psychological examinations at RSS and Quafe stations. :)

They are Sleeper/Jovian/Enheduanni vacationers. Sansha is also known to rock the occasional Hawaiian shirt. #truefacts
