Oh, Milo and I are similar in that regard, however, this can be averted by working out. While you'll probably still have a 28-30 inch waist, boney hands and wrists (like I do), you can seriously rip the hell out of your torso, like I have...do a whole bunch of bodyweight, compound exercises (not isolation) and you'll turn that skinny boy, winged boney back into that of pure muscle.
I still look thin, more healthy though, but as soon as the shirt comes off, it's eyes all around. Srs, I recommend it to ANY skinny guy. Forget about stuffing yourself with food (though you still must eat right) or obsessing over free weights, just buy a door gym...wide grip pull ups, close grip chin-ups, lifted press-ups and so on...my problem is that I am shit at keeping a consistent three-meal diet...
