Title: Best "old news" article ever.
Post by: Vikarion on 21 Jun 2010, 20:24
I just discovered this :

and thought you all might get a kick out of it. It also lends credence to the Caldari skepticism in regards to Gallente media, incidentally. Nonetheless, it's primarily valuable due to its hilarity.

Nothing stops anybody from running their own mini-event and putting up a buy order someplace. 8)

There were four or five of these in a fairly short period of time. I think I remember something about Gallente actors demanding Hanging Long-Limb Roes before they'd finish filming a movie and another about some Amarrians needing a bunch of fertilizer for some reason. There was probably a Minmatar one too.

I think they were AURORA events right before AURORA went bottoms up.

Melons.

There was a craze for growing melons, that meant soil or fertiliser prices went up somewhere.
