This topic is made partly as a project for my corporation, and partly for fun, so feel free to hop on the bandwagon. Basically, the idea is that CONCORD keeps records on pretty much all capsuleer activity and has a small public file on every capsuleer, here is the format for the concord capsuleer file:

an example, see the next post, for my pilots this is a required project, but if anyone else wants to fill out the form, they're welcome to. For my pilots specifically, the post should contain nothing but the stuff in the code wrap, lets keep this looking neat and shiny.

DED Threat Assessment: Moderate to Severe.
Notes: Nikita under investigation pending recent events. Advisement of extreme caution as she appears to have multiple contacts and allies within various criminal groups throughout the cluster. Her involvement within these groups is unclear at this time.

Personality Assessment: Nikita appears to be suffering from a form of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, presumably due to actions she took part in during her career with the Angel Cartel. Nikita will not hesitate to use lethal force and is believed to have done so on multiple occasions. She is prone to mood swings, and outbursts of violence.  Subject is highly unstable, showing symptoms of regression, criminal sadism, and sociopathy. Nikita is highly ruthless with little to no regard for her crew or herself. She is extremely loyal to her friends and has been recorded as putting herself in harms way to save them on numerous occasions. Advise she be treated with the utmost caution. 

Physical Assessment: Nikita is very small and lightly built, with a frame bordering on childlike. Her hair appears to be a genemodded to grow blue, and her in her appearance, her Sebiestor blood has slightly more sway, giving her a thin, small frame, with a fairly narrow face. Despite her lack of formal combat training Nikita is a competent fighter, and will not hesitate to use  a disproportionate amount of force.  She is heavily modified with numerous inserts and modifications. Extreme care and multiple personnel are advised it attempts are made to detain her. She carries a number of high powered weapons that seem to have been custom made, designs match those commonly held by Angel Cartel personnel.

Personality Assessment: Unemotional to a fault, Mammal maintains a cold discipline in all situations. Devoted to the Ida, Mammal will not take unnecessary risks, and will always make reasoned decisions.

Physical Assessment: Lithe, quick handed and calm, Mammal is a dangerous pilot alone or in packs. Most of this can be attributed to mental fortitude rather than any remarkable physical skills.
