Agreeing in theory, but the way ships are balanced a sensor strength boost would mean that something else has to be weakened. The way the caldari ships are designed is that they are slowest, biggest to second biggest (Gallente ships are bigger imho), heaviest and generally have weak cap but with the best electronics (save ScanRes).
