Since there isn't one.

This will be mainly for discussion about 0.0 stuff, although please keep the posting quality above CAOD or GBBS. Thanks.

To start it off:

There are several major teams attacking the NC atm. Atlas & pets (CoW & Gentlemen's Club), IT & pets, -A-, ROL. Atlas & IT (especially IT) are doing the heavy POS lifting. -A-/ROL are mainly roaming atm & providing support for CTA's for ATLAS/IT.
