Hallelujah!
Firstly, Jacus Roden is now CEO of the President corp, and the description has been updated to reflect that...
The President is the head of the executive branch of the Federal government. In many respects he is the most powerful individual in New Eden. The current President, Jacus Roden, is a self-made trillionaire industrialist who leads with extreme cunning and a steely resolve.
Anteson Ranchel is also now correctly put as Federation Navy CEO. Mentas Blaque is still CEO of Senate, we'll see if that changes. Men Reppola is now CEO of Ishukone Corporation, and Ishukone Watch CEO is now Eborimi Shiskala.
The Emperor Family NPC corp desc has also been updated...
Once a new emperor has been chosen, all ties to his old royal family are severed and he joins the holy family of the emperors, which owns vast estates throughout the empire and wields considerable political power. Empress Jamyl I, crowned in YC 110, tolerates no interference from her former relations, but is determined to guide her empire to a new golden age of prosperity and enlightenment -- despite them, if necessary.
They might very well be falling through with this PF update/revamp after all!

Awesome!
Now if they could make those faction leader NPCs look like people and not the product of a deranged madman playing with the clay of the gods, I'd be sated.
-
Updating now, because I totally need some Minmatar love.
-
What, no love for the Caldari - they didn't update Ishukone yet? Oh, wait, I forgot, they showed so much love for us in the expansion already that they had to update everything else, huh?
Srsly, though, Ishukone should have Mens Reppola as CEO, not a dead guy...
-
You not read my OP? :P
Men Reppola is now CEO of Ishukone.
-
Sorry, I blame finals week... rough college is rough, y'know?
-
Updated OP with new leader pics.
-
Gods, thats such a comfort to my mind... especially fond of new Kuvakei's face, looks spooky. :D
Lets hope they repair Sarpati next. I just don't think Freddie Mercury is a valid choice for CEO of a questionable R&D corporation.
-
Volde-Roden looks pretty Serpentis like. :yar:
-
Sarpati currently looks more like Eminem with a fake moustache. Still, awful.
The rest of these are great! Except Jacus Roden looks like how I picture Jovians. Conspiracy?! And I prefer the other Sansha Kuvekei portrait as well, it had nice dynamic lighting and mystery and the brown background that I've come to associate with Nation.
-
So, Roden is the love child of Billy Corgan and Lord Voldemort.
-
What the hell Roden, Jovian much?
Edit; Master! Your leather jacket! Is it in the washer? :~
-
Speaking of the Master, he looks a lot more youthful than I remember...
Are you toasters secretly developing some kinda, nanite repair paste for skin? :O
-
Sansha looks bad-ass. I think that avatar is not the result of the in-game creator we have access to, btw. Tibus is impressive as well. Jamyl on the other hand... I think it's everybody's favorite grandma. Oh well. Mostly very nice still.
-
Not bad. Roden looks badass, Jamyl got her makeup fixed, and Elvis left the building.
Is it me or does Heth kinda look like John Revenent?

What a twist! :O

that made me laugh

Some interesting implications that the President of the Federation is rather a villainous type. I certainly wouldn't want to cross Roden, or the Fed now, tbh.
For posterity, here's the leader portraits contrasted with their mugs in Chronicle artwork....
Jacus Roden in "The Human Painting" (http://i660.photobucket.com/albums/uu328/Seriphyn/Jacuschron.png?t=1300500926)
Shakor in "Silent Furies" (http://i660.photobucket.com/albums/uu328/Seriphyn/shakorchron.png?t=1300478974)
Jamyl in "All These Wayward Children" (http://i660.photobucket.com/albums/uu328/Seriphyn/Jamylchron.jpg?t=1300502985)
Foiritain now resigned to wearing biker jackets in "The Paths They Chose (http://i660.photobucket.com/albums/uu328/Seriphyn/Sourochron.png?t=1300503012)
Heth in "The Better Party of Valour" (http://i660.photobucket.com/albums/uu328/Seriphyn/Tibuschron.png?t=1300503043)

Its just the hair... >.>

Aw damn looks like the operation to fix Shakor's eyes didn't take.

Yeah, and to top it off Elvis called and wanted his hair back too. He was also very angry about the blond dye on it.

Good CCP
-
Yay, nice, that got done pretty fast as well.

Just because I love you guys, here's a sneak peek. Meet (the new and improved) Salvador Sarpati.

This one (along with a whole host of other factional leaders and important people storyline-wise) will be in-game very soon™

I've actually got a question if you're permitted to answer it. I noticed with the "zoom in" function on SiSi you put the corp CEOs on max aging (makes sense)...so I poked around the different NPCs.
Other than the common PF characters, will you be updating others, say, Anteson Ranchel, or other CEOs of "important" corporations? He looks rather stylish with his fringe, red tee and vest jacket, damned Gallente.
And dreads are quite popular too!
-
And here I thought they weren't allowed around these parts.
-
Eventually we aim to get every single NPC their very own portrait, yeah. It's just going to happen in iterations. So much content, so little time. All that jazz.

Cool! Maybe certain corp agents will have uniforms across the board eh? For the navies and so on.

I believe they just have to get manager approval to post as their CCP selves out in teh intartubez.

maybe Gnauton is just a rebel, sticking it to The Man
-
Those portraits are looking slick. Now I want to know who bribed the hamsters to get that done at the "considerably-less-than-monolithic" speed setting.

Much improved. And awesome.
So, will the (re)introduction of tattoos also mean some of the agents will get their facial tattoos back?
-
Tibus Heth DOES look like John Revenent! Spooky. Jamyl looks like Silas did on the creator without the blind eyes...but then again so do most of the amarrian females, the range is pretty small. I liked Jamyl's 'painted' portrait quite a bit.
Shakor and Kuvakai look -amazing-, not to mention Roden, although he looks quite evil. Well done for most of them!
Sisi down as I write this, anyone get a look at Khanid II or any of the other Imperial Heirs? Crossing fingers they have their own fiction in order and keep the King True Amar...
-
Not bad. Roden looks badass, Jamyl got her makeup fixed, and Elvis left the building.
Is it me or does Heth kinda look like John Revenent?
Funny You should say that, i was telling him the same thing on vent the other day lol, he denies any Family ties to heth however...
-
Why does Roden look almost as amarrian as Jamyl? :)

Beacause he is old.

Clearly they are cousins!
"I-RED leader related to Executor Heth, family feud behind bad blood, news at 5!"
-
There will be an investigation into possible relation between John Revenent and Tibus Heth, but only if the proper forms are filed. :P
-
I recall during the content/fiction dev chat they mentioned they wanted to have "celebrity npc's" that would make the in-station experience dynamic, at least in regards to how the other npc's act. Couple that with the expanding options for customization and I anticipate they will update their portraits again before Incarna. Heck, if they are going with microtransactions to enhance your wardrobe, what better way to introduce clothes, hairstyles, or bling than have it first appear on npc leaders?
-
[...] what better way to introduce clothes, hairstyles, or bling than have it first appear on npc leaders?
I, for one, have a set of robes based on Jamyl's official portrait robes, for... fancy-dress use.
-
Roden, Foiritan, Heth and Shakor all look awesome (and I find it interesting in and of itself that they bothered updating Souro - does this perhaps mean he still has a part to play?).
Jamyl looks OK, but I swear there were hair options that would look more like the picture in All These Wayward Children.
Salvador Sarpati STILL looks retarded, except that now he looks like a east-end thug with Downe's syndrome in a space tuxedo.

Damn it. I was just sitting here, glancing at the forums between calls ... and now you've gone and made me have to bust out the tinfoil hat.
<tinfoil hat>
We just saw a trailer where some damsel distressed a hole right through a guy's skull for his committing an honor violation: his nuking groundpounders instead of paying them for taking down a planetary defense installation, or whatever the hell they were doing.
Last I checked, Souro wasn't a capsuleer.
Might he not become someone -- at least in the Federation -- for planetdwellers to rally around in opposition of capsuleers' disposing of them like that every damn day? Not just planetdwellers, but the "new" class of military units who can have clone backups?
</tinfoil hat>

Good stuff here.

Well... in my search for images of Men Reppola or Otro Gariushi, I just searched the interwebs for Ishukone stuff.
And if you Google search for "wiki Ishukone" I-Red is the third link from the top!! Congrats to Rev and co on that... eventually, I-Red might make it to #1!
I hereby suggest Rev as the first player CEO of Ishukone Corp!!
Edit: typo correciton on misspelling Ishukone

Oh, to be a fly on the wall in the Heiian College if that happened.
-
Nice scar there on Mr. Kuvakei's face. And Mr. Roden got literally shining eyes ... I would like that.
-
Salvador Sarpati STILL looks retarded, except that now he looks like a east-end thug with Downe's syndrome in a space tuxedo.
He looks like a violent drug user imo.
Any pictures of Lord Ardishapur?
-
Too bad Karsoth has been biomassed. I would have loved to see his face. :3
-
Right, I really don't like the new Jamyl :|
I'm gonna tool around in the creator and see if I can replicate that Wayward Children portrait.
YULIA TIMOSHENKO HAIR DOESN'T WORK.

Does that mean I get Lai Dai (http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=Lai+Dai)?

Ahem.
Dochuta Karsoth: http://forum.nibbletek.co.uk/portrait_viewer.php?character=dochuta%20karsoth (http://forum.nibbletek.co.uk/portrait_viewer.php?character=dochuta%20karsoth) (yes, he has a portrait)

Otro Gariushi: http://forum.nibbletek.co.uk/portrait_viewer.php?character=otro%20gariushi (http://forum.nibbletek.co.uk/portrait_viewer.php?character=otro%20gariushi) (more dead men)
And for Scagga: HRH the Heir Yonis Ardishapur: http://forum.nibbletek.co.uk/portrait_viewer.php?character=yonis%20ardishapur (http://forum.nibbletek.co.uk/portrait_viewer.php?character=yonis%20ardishapur)

Which looks exactly like Omir Sarkikusa's (http://evefaces.eve-corporate.net/character/show/omir+sarikusa) with different lighting

This is not surprising.
-
On at least two... no, three levels.
-
Actually, Doriam's face structure is also exactly the same. Very likely those random-generated portraits leave the face untouched, and randomize only clothes, lighting and hair etc.
-
Those are default, randomly generated ones.
-
But it realy don't require that much work. :bash:
-
Wasn't Karsoth described as morbidly obese? That guy is looking pretty fit.
-
Those are default, randomly generated ones.

-
Well, that's silly. Of course, he's dead, isn't he? Or is he just missing? I can't remember. I hear death can do fabulous things for your figure, if not your looks.
-
You can't eat when you're dead.
