I saw this, at a glance it doesn't look related to EVE at all due to the presence of true sci-fi Aliens.

It's not related to EVE at all. It is, quite literally, a side-project from one of the EVE devs.

Didn't check it at home, but the site did crash my work computer. Luckily I, um, "had a coffee break" while I was viewing it, so nothing of value was lost.
