Old player turned Dark Amarr
« on: 28 Apr 2013, 13:27 »

Hello

I'm a returning player from the time when alliance creation was a brand new feature.
I got rid of my characters when I started med school but subscribed again now that I'm
about to graduate.

This time around I plan to focus more on RP combined with PvP. Although my old corp
wasn't an RP corp I usually did some light RP to breath life into the characters,
something I want to build on with other RPers.

RP-wise I'm interested in fleshing out the "Dark Amarr" title of the Khanid. I think there
could be more to it than the official explanation (dark ship color). I like how the
Khanid ships are all named after a darker religious theme and my idea is to expand on
this theme and incorporate it into play.

My initial idea is to use the concept of the Amarr Reclaiming as a base for religious piracy
and raiding, viewing unbelievers as viable targets for economic warfare. I've already
started out trying to learn solo PvP, using wormholes as gateways to null sec. It's
very fun and accessible and I've actually managed to kill something.

I hope I can join some ongoing RP. Also, feel free to comment on the concept.

Hello Timur. If you take that route you'll be seeing a lot of my folks then.

Always nice to have some quality opposition.

Hmmm, hello.

Welcome back man, I want to say their is at least one active Khanid RP corp. Can't remember the name of the top of my head. Sure you can find em in here somewhere, or on the Summit.

Welcome back! I'll have to see you "in action" before Seph knows what he thinks of you, but I'm sure it'll be fun to find out :)

Welcome backstage.
Your concept sounds good, I'm not sure if there's something like it yet.
