He maintains a sense of diplomacy and civility, often remaining neutral in matters that do not harm his capsule. Shepherd has a deep feeling of loyalty to his current companions in Moira., especially with capsuleer Julianus Soter, who is alleged to have assisted Shepherd in defecting from the State.
