Intergalactic Summit,

For many years, Ishuk-Raata has wandered lands far from home. For many years, we have brought our ways and knowledge to the outer reaches, and we have learned those of others. We have beaten, and we have been beaten. We have humbled, and we have been humbled. We strive for conflict, not in mere defense of our people, but to strengthen our people. For we have heard the words of Cold Wind, and we are not content to ignore them. For the good of our people, for Ishukone, for the State... we will do this.

Toward that goal, the year of YC115 has been a fruitful one. Thousands of men and women have been recruited and trained. Millions of tonnes of materials have been moved and assembled. Through the dedication of our pilots, the hard work of our employees, and the support our parent Ishukone Corporation we have achieved our goal. The long eye of Ishuk-Raata has sought, and not been found wanting.

On fifteenth of December YC115, 2100 hours, the primary reactors of a Leviathan-class titan came online for the first time.

It is with great honor that I thus announce the Commissioning Ceremony of the IRV Gariushi-Oriki, flagship of our fleet.

Those in good or neutral standing to the Caldari State, Ishukone Corporation, or the Ishuk-Raata Enforcement Directive will be invited by mail to attend the exclusive event. Those in poor standing will not be allowed to attend, and will be removed on sight.

Invitations will be sent the relevant corporate and individual authorities and must be confirmed by the invitee in writing via mail to be valid. Invitations will be considered null and void if no response is received by the 3rd of January. It is the responsibility of corporate authorities to disseminate invitations to their members and gather a list of attendees to be confirmed. Those arriving late may be turned away at the door.

Dress Code: Dress Whites / White Tie / Full Dress

Security will be provided by members of the Ishuk-Raata Enforcement Directive. Attendees displaying violent or threatening behavior will be asked to leave. Those suffering gross intoxication will be asked to leave. Those causing considerable disturbance will be asked to leave. Those who refuse to leave will be nullified and thrown out.

There will be speeches by I-RED, prizes given out, honorable mentions to allies and rivals, and more!

Attendance will be even stricter than the last one, and will include "seating arrangements" to show various attendees just how much we like/dislike them comapred to one another. Makes for good conflict if someone you think less of is seated in front of you. 

We will require a more organized confirmation system of invitations, as I refuse to screw around with the channel permissions during the event. Late arrivals will need to declare that beforehand, and may have to give up their seating as IC punishment for being late.

Dress Whites is a military navy term for what are usually your absolute best and most formal uniform.
A "White Tie" event is one where you dress even more formal than a Black Tie event, wearing better than a tuxedo.
"Full Dress" is just another name for either one of those.

It all means the same thing, that the event is at its most formal.

I'd like to point out that there will be heavy Amarr and Caldari presence, as I-RED is currently not very friendly with Federal or Minmatar entities. I dunno how Ava will feel about that, but as a Stormcrow, she will still be invited.
