Short description: Ilsur Krur is Nefantar (https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Nefantar). She is feral and cannot speak. She has a fear of suffocation, considers dark sebiestor like Samira Kernher to be Krusual (https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Krusual_tribe), and is completely insane.
Backstory: She was a crew member of Pagera Manton (http://community.eveonline.com/news/news-channels/eve-online-news/the-hitchhikers-guide-to-new-eden-part-iii/) and was a child slave of an Ammatar crew member. The Pagera Manton lost its warp drive capability when Ilsur was twelve years old. She is now a crew Member of Kalorr Makur's personal Battleship (http://games.chruker.dk/eve_online/item.php?type_id=25848) at Blood Reach, where her most recent incarnation was taken into custody by Hematology Advancement Program to be cloned into a Capsuleer.
