Lord Hazkiel Arshaka YC22 (93) Owner of one factory, one small spaceport, 200 acres of agricultural land on Mishi IV. Owns a large manor on the property to house himself, his heir and his family, as well as a smaller manor towards the western edge for his daughter and their family. Low on the long chain of NiKunni/Amarrian vassals and holders ultimately leading to Kador. A man of unbending will and resolve, with no patience for disobedience, ignorance, and behavior unbecoming of “civilized” human beings. He holds family standing and nobility in high regard, but views those who ignore the potential of unlikely people as fools.
Calculating in his actions, he employs both strict rules while allowing certain freedoms. (Such as never restricting GalNet access to better identify the tendencies of everyone in his holdings.) Hazkiel cherishes both of his children, but put his efforts and attentions mostly towards his heir Azibo. His grandchildren through Azibo were pampered throughout their childhood, although the younger ones received less. His grandchildren through Bahiti are a different story. Hazkiel all but despises Aziz, and always saw him as a troublesome child. Naira was treated with mild indifference until her potential to become a capsuleer was realized at the age of 15. (YC106) Seeing an opportunity to both further his wealth, and harness his granddaughter’s willful ways, Hazkiel enlisted her in the capsuleer program at Hedion University.

Azibo Arshaka (54) 61YC Firstborn and heir to Hazkiel Arshaka’s holdings. Dutiful to his father, and due to take control of his father’s holdings within the year.

Amina Arshaka F (24) 91 YC Average height, shapely, and blessed with good looks. Due to the regional customs her gender does not disqualify her as the heir to the Arshaka lands after her father. Warm and outgoing, Amina plays her part dutifully but possesses an iron patience and sharp wit.
Zahir Arshaka M (21) 94YC Cut from the same cloth as his grandfather Hazkiel, Zahir is humorless and uncompromising. He is round of face and average height, but has an intimidating build. Under regional law, the Arshakas do not wield the influence to maintain even a small private army, but they do have a small, disciplined guard unit commanded by __. At 17 Zahir began formal training under the watch of __ in many aspects of combat and self-defense. When he was ready, Zahir was accepted within the ranks of the guard.
Gameti Arshaka F (19) Soft spoken and timid, Gameti is a fairly talented musician, and the most pious of her siblings.
Iltani Arshaka F (16) Tall, attractive, but considered to be somewhat dull and occasionally dim.
Nikanuur Arshaka M (15) 100YC Energetic, and eager to impress his family. (Father and grandfather especially)

Bahiti Shandr (Arshaka) (48) YC67 Daughter of Hazkiel. Stubborn but loved by her father. Bahiti intended to marry Cyril, but Cyril would not move forward until securing Hazkiel’s blessing. Hazkiel resisted at first, intending to marry Bahiti off to some wealthy merchant or house of equal standing. When Cyril demonstrated his wit and devotion, Hazkiel gave him his blessing as well as a position at the spaceport and a newly constructed home on the family land.
-her husband Cyril Shandr (46) YC69 Slender and with mousey features, Cyril was born to an impoverished family typically involved in metal working and the operation of construction machinery. Cyril met Bahiti in the city of __. Despite being of above average intelligence and cunning, Cyril was not accepted by Hazkiel until the day he exposed an employee as an informant for a rival family and twisted the situation to their benefit.

Naira Shandr (21) YC93 Naira is the calmer of the two siblings. Patient but stubborn, loyal to her family, but willful in any regard that she perceives as her own business. Enjoyed the relatively relaxed access to the galnet as a child, and developed a love for Gallentean films and shows that portrayed starships and their captains. Tall and slightly lanky with a mix of her father and mother’s looks.
Aziz Shandr (23) YC91 Aziz looks much like his mother, but is more fiery and disobedient then either ever was. Lives in the downtown area nearby with his “band of delinquents” as his grandfather likes to call them.
