I'm not sure if this belongs here, so move where appropriate.

I'm currently looking into developing my writing and I'm looking for some good book or web resources to help with that. I'm not necessarily looking for grammar or spelling, but the techniques writers utilize to develop stories.

If anyone has some suggestions I'd be appreciative.
