Title: Artemis - spaceship bridge simulator
Post by: Victoria Stecker on 08 Oct 2012, 10:47
This is a bit of a derp post as I wanted to share this but can't actually access it at the moment. Stupid work blocks any game related websites. Anyhow....

http://www.artemis.eochu.com/

Premise is pretty simple - grab your friends, each person mans on of the consoles on the bridge of a starship (weapons, science, comms) and you go through the galaxy.

I think this would be pretty amazing if we could put together 4-6 people in a timezome.

Any interest?

Great concept!  Shame the engine looks very, very dated.

To my knowledge, it's been made by a single guy. It is not shiny.

I really like the concept.

I think it would be interesting to build some more cooperative games like it, possibly building the interface for tablets.

Perhaps a web-based app/game would work.
