EVE ships vs Everything else.
« on: 28 Sep 2013, 08:14 »

Every wonder how your EVE ship would look next to the V mothership, or a Robotech cruiser, or a ship on Farscape, or whatever?

Now you know.

(yes Im sure this has prolly been posted somewhere else before, but it was new to me, and thus prolly new to someone else)

...ooooh.

Came expecting debate about inter-universe fighting. Found neat picture.

Never realized the green, hollow-shaped Romulan warbirds were so much larger than the Enterprise-D.  Now I get why Picard was never quite eager to rumble them and why the Romulans were always so fucking smug.

Yep. Remember, in context they're as much (if not moreso) colonization / mass-landing ships as they are combat-oriented ships. When you're picking up your entire civilization and moving around, building really big makes sense.

That said, I've slowly been realizing a fair number of ships on this chart are not actually canon to their universe, and several more are horribly mis-sized. Makes me kind of =/

The God-Emperor cares not for the size of your vessels, only for your allegiance.

The Imperium of Man is the only thing keeping us safe from xenos, traitors, heretics, and the horrors of the warp.

Those ships could cast shadows over cities the size of New York all day every day. They would, at least, be Titan-sized.
